About We Rock the Spectrum Agoura Hills

Hi my name is Dana Aghassi and my husband is Henry. We have 2 beautiful daughters Breanna and Bailey. After graduating the program to be an LVN, Bailey was born and I was not able to go back to work full time, so I was looking for something part time.

Breanna was taking a fitness class at We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym Tarzana. Our daughter Bailey was 18 months at the time and we had strong concerns about her speech delay. The owner Dina Kimmel suggested we start using the Break program so that Bailey would be around her peers and hopefully kick in her language.

Dropping Bailey off at the gym was the best thing I ever did. It gave her an opportunity to interact with other children before she started school. After a few months of being at the gym her vocabulary exploded!

Seeing how amazing the gym was, I asked Dina the CEO if she was hiring and she said yes, part time for camp. I was so excited! After summer was over and having life changing experiences interacting with the special needs community, I was hooked! Shortly thereafter, what started as a part time position led to my promotion to be WRTS Tarzana gym manager. A year later, Dina Kimmel decided to franchise and I received another promotion to become the Marketing and Sales Director at the West Coast Corporate office.

Today, my family and I feel fortunate to own a gym of our very own, We Rock the Spectrum Agoura Hills. We look forward everyday, to serving our local Conejo Valley community with a kids gym that is truly for all kids!
